1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The TechMint's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The TechMint provides software development, web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and related technology services. The specific terms of each project will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created by The TechMint will be transferred to the client upon full payment. The TechMint retains the right to use generic code, tools, and methodologies developed during the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
The TechMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
7. Warranties
The TechMint warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranties for deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The TechMint operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
