Casualite Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how the Casualite mobile app ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is developed and maintained by The Techmint Ltd (company no. 16834286, registered in the United Kingdom) on behalf of Casualite.

Information We Collect

To provide the App's features, we collect and store:

• Account information: your email address and a permanent portal identifier linked to your customer record, used to sign you in.
• Order information: catalogues you order from, sizes and quantities selected, order status, pricing, payment status, outstanding balance, and advance credit.
• Shipping information: the delivery address associated with your orders.
• Device push token: a unique identifier issued by Apple or Google to your device, used to deliver notifications about your orders and announcements from Casualite.

We do not collect passwords — the App uses a link-and-email sign-in method instead, and no password is ever created or stored.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above solely to:

• Sign you in and keep you signed in
• Show your order history, balances, and account details
• Let you place and price orders through Casualite's active catalogues
• Send you push notifications about your orders and announcements
• Provide customer support when you contact Casualite

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

How We Share Your Information

Your information is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate the App:

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Expo — the push notification delivery service used to route notifications to APNs/FCM.

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.

Data Security

Your session token is stored using your device's secure, encrypted storage (expo-secure-store) and is never stored in plain text. All communication between the App and Casualite's servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as you have an account with Casualite, so that your order history and balance remain accurate. Push tokens are removed from our systems when you sign out of the App.

Your Rights

To review, correct, or ask questions about the information we hold about you, contact Casualite through the channel you normally use, or contact us directly (see below). Because sign-in is managed by Casualite on your behalf, account access recovery — such as a lost portal link — is handled by Casualite's team directly.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
